God's Grace

You are enough. You have enough. God’s grace is sufficient.

Do you feel obligated to say yes more so because it’s the “Christian” thing to do? Do you secretly resent with a smile because you think a Christian shouldn’t say ‘no’?

God does not put more on us than we can bear. We do that to ourselves. We can’t be their savior. Sis, Jesus took care of that. If we are stressed out and burnout, we cannot effectively do kingdom work (at home, in church or on the job). God’s grace is sufficient for today.

My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness... (2 Corinthians 12:9)

Wisdom on how to Embrace His Grace

1. Practice beauty rest. Seriously, practice taking a Sabbath for yourself and put YOU on your own calendar. (Genesis 2:2)

2. Learn time management and delegate. Everything isn’t urgent or has to be done by you. (John 2:1-11)

3. Say no. There are a variety of ways to do this. Pick one. Leave them in their feelings because you are NOT responsible for them. There’s a perfect example of Jesus saying no in John 11.

Be encouraged. God has given you the grace to accomplish all that you need to handle today. He lives in you and He’s all the sufficiency you will ever need to handle life.
